We contracted AOV to do what is called Business Organizational Solutions (B.O.S.) Training with our Senior Management Team in December 2008.
The training was a smash hit with our team. We have all gone from having thousands of emails in our In-boxes to zero. All emails are now ordered in files which correspond with our Records Management System; we are using Task Lists, Calendars and Notes in Outlook to a much greater advantage. We are all still excited about how much it has helped us to organize our time. Even the gurus who thought they already knew everything about organizing themselves learned things.
Jane was a terrific teacher. She gave an interesting presentation, listened to our circumstances and helped us deal with them specifically. Besides a group training session she did a two hour one on one session with each of us to help us get started, She still sends us email hints on a regular basis and if any of us have questions as to how to handle any of our information we email her and she gets back to us with a resolution quickly.
