We offer a customized Corporate Records Management Program that is delivered in three phases:
Phase One: This is our Strategic phase which involves the development of an organization's Classification and Retention Schedule for all paper and electronic information. This work involves the management team and possibly the Board of Directors within an organization.
Phase Two: This is our Implementation and Communication phase. It involves the communication of the Classification and Retention Schedule to all staff and then combined with a well organized "Clean-up Day". Everyone in the organization participates in order to deal with the backlog of accumulated information. This clean-up or purging is done according to the Classification and Retention Schedule.
Phase Three: The final phase is the Training and Education phase. Training is provided on a team basis as well as on an individual basis. The training, which is based on the Classification and Retention schedule, teaches people how to organize their information consistently in all areas of their work. This includes paper and electronic, whether it is email, paper files or documents saved on their computers and/or network drives.
